Exchange and Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, it is possible to return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to help to satisfy you. Therefore, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Complete the return form completely.

Step 2. Pack the item in the original packaging or in another sturdy cardboard box. Close the box and tape it shut carefully.
Enclose the return form with the item in the box.
Step 3. Return your article
We recommend sending your package via DHL or PostNL with a track & trace number. Send the article to the address below.
Step 4: Receive a return
After receiving the return, you will receive the purchase amount back into the account within 14 working days.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend that you provide your return shipment with a track & trace code, because we are not responsible if the package is lost on the way.
When we have received the return properly, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days.
It is also possible to exchange a product within 14 days if your item is not to your liking and you want a different one. Exchange is also possible for the following reasons:
- Wrong size
- Wrong article
- Not my style
- Does not live up to expectations
- Otherwise, namely
Our advice is to check your items for quantity and quality as soon as possible. If something is wrong, send an e-mail to email@example.com stating the problem. If the product has to be returned due to defects, we will reimburse the return costs. This warranty is not valid if an item is defective caused by misuse. This also applies if you have made or tried changes to the product, or if the product has been used for a purpose for which it is not intended.
